Orb Mini | PTZ Camera | Mini but Mighty

Didn't have a 2.4gzh, I have a smart wifi, so that's the problem. I cannot connect to 2.4gz lol.

This is my third purchase of the same model, the first two were perfect and worked so well, that's why I purchase the third one, however, this device is never worked. I tried many times to get it installed, but then it disconnected and was never able to reconnect. I suspect this is a defective device and request a replacement, still waiting for a reply from the seller.

This is my second camera from this company and again it does not disappoint. It moves side to side and up and down allowing me to see two full rooms. A much wider range than other at home cameras. This camera also saves 3 still images of movement without needing a paid subscription. Huge bonus in my eyes. App is easy to use and organizes multiple cameras without an issue. I would highly recommend!

Ok camera, cord shorted out a few months after Getting it. Worked great with later model phones but not ones prior. Speed was midway. Can’t combine with other cameras though

This is my second Netvue indoor camera. I am so pleased with the picture quality. I love being able to see what's going on at home from anywhere. Very easy set up. Took me less than 5 minutes. I am very happy with my 2nd camera. Highly recommended product and 5 star customer service is a bonus. They will answer your emails quickly and are always very friendly.

I use this camera to keep an eye on my pup while I'm in my office. It's very helpful to be able to move the camera around to get a good picture! Very easy to set up, and the night vision works great too!

This camera has been heaven sent for us to watch out puppy while we are at work. It's been great being able to talk to her when she's getting a little rowdy. I highly recommend this camera.

I have owned a few Netvue cameras for a while, having tried several other brands that could not maintain a good wifi connection. My Netvue cameras never drop their connections! This little camera can cover a whole room with its remote 360-degree pan and the Netvue subscriptions are very reasonable. The picture quality is great, even in a nearly dark room. The only negative I might have is that the motion detection is perhaps a bit too sensitive and might generate some false alerts (my Netvue outside camera does this), but better that than missing something important!

This camera is so great. It’s my second Netvue camera, both used to check on my pup when I’m not home. I especially love how this one has a camera that can be angled up/down as well as left/right. The quality is better than a Furbo and it’s given me such peace of mind knowing my dog is sleeping and not doing anything destructive. I’d highly recommend this!!!

The set-up instructions are easy to follow, but It took multiple attempts to get it set up. If works great now. Picture quality is good. Love the 360 degree viewing ability.

I like this camera. For the price I feel like you can’t beat it. The image quality is great. Motion detection is great too. These cameras are nice to have to keep an eye on a pet when you’re in another room or not around. Can’t say my dog likes it as much as I do as she knows she’s being watched lol. This is the third Netvue camera I have purchased. I recommend this brand to friends and family all the time. This one is a bit smaller than the ones I had previously so I like that too. Oh, night vision- works top notch too. I have found the company to be responsive too. All around, a great buy.

I bought one of these cameras from Netvue to use when I first got my pandemic puppy. I love that I can talk to him, I love that it has night vision, I love that it rotates all the way around and has great range. It gives me peace of mind for a fraction of the price of some of the other cameras marketed for dogs out there. Now I just purchased this model for my bedroom and have full view of my apartment. It’s so easy to use with the app- love it! 10/10 recommend.

I decided to order another orb camera for my upstairs bedroom. The picture quality is great and I was able to grab some pictures to share with local law-enforcement when my neighbor was robbed. Set up is pretty easy and they have a link to a YouTube video to show you how.

I like everything about the Netvue Indoor Camera. High quality. Easy to set up. Low profile. I haven't experienced any problems with it. I'll be recommending it to my family and friends.

Had the bigger and older model, this model has a much better field view. The other model would only view down so far. This model is great and is smaller which makes it more discrete.

The camera is great and the set up is quick and easy will be buying more because the price point is great. The camera does have some shortcomings such as depending on the connection video may lag. Movement is adequate not smooth but does the job. The camera can pivot almost all the way around and is great to monitor around the room.

Netvue Mini Orb I’ve been playing around with Netvues newest mini orb and I’m really impressed by the clarity of the picture it provides. What I really appreciate is the app that you download on IOS, although getting it to connect to the app wasn’t as easy as I would have liked (took a few tries) I did finally get it done. Once connected the camera works great! Simply open up the app on your phone and the viewing starts quite fast unlike other cameras I have that take some time to fully connect. I love its ability to move left and right and up and down with great ease as well. Overall for the price you pay its really a great camera. Thanks!

This is the 4th camera I got. Best purchase ever. and I have recommended it to all my friends. Customer service was excellent. When I had issue with on of the cameras.

This item works really well the price is also great. I bought it to monitor my puppy and I was amazed how well this little thing works plus you can speak to it from where ever you’re at. Only bummer is that you need to subscribe to a membership to have service .First month was free but to continue this app you need to subscribe .

I bought this when my dog became ill and I wanted to check in on her when I was at work. It was easy to set up and I can talk to her during the day. I like that it connects to my phone and I can move it around to make sure shes okay. Its been very helpful and I really like it. I have a small apartment and it makes me feel safer. Good buy.

I have a few other Netvue cameras and this one works great. It’s smaller then the other tilt&pan ones I have. I can easily check on the pets when I’m away. Great cameras for the price and with cards in the cameras I don’t pay a monthly fee but can replay all recorded video.

This camera is wonderful. I had the perfect size, great vision day or night. This camera really has a high quality image. No regrets. This is what I was looking for. Also affordable and very useful.

This little camera was easy to setup and is easy to access on my phone, one reason we wanted this was to monitor our young son at night to see how well he is sleeping. I also have one of these cameras sitting on my window sill looking down the driveway, lets me know when we have visitors while I'm at work. This camera is inexpensive enough I'll probably get one to monitor the pool and backyard.

I love this camera, the picture is very clear even when zooming in, I use it to watch my grandbaby while he is asleep, I also check in on my animals while I'm gone! As a matter of fact I'm going to be bying even more in the future from this company, they also have great customer service!

Love this camera. It's the best one so far. Can see them (our dogs) clearly when the lights are off with the night vision. I love that it turns so we can see different angles. It is very clear image and being able to talk to them is a plus too. They can hear clearly and there isn't alot of lagging or delays. I would definitely recommend this camera and I will be definitely getting more of them.

We purchased this camera to replace the camera that came with our security system. I was pleasantly surprised that the camera quality and sound were much better. The ability to speak and be heard was also a big bonus. And for the price, it really can't be beat. It does everything a camera should and does it very well, at a very affordable price.

I really like this cute camera. The picture quality is really good, the color is vivid and night vision works great. I also have another model which has wider view but this one suits my need as well. I use it to check on my pets when I'm not home and so far the connection is good.

I got this after being offered one for free from Netvue for reviewing the product. This camera works well with the Netvue software. The point/tilt works with up-down-left-right buttons in the smaller view. Full screen view allows you to swipe to rotate/tilt the camera, which is very convenient. Picture quality is decent, with just a hint of ghosting in the image as you move it around in lower light conditions, but it quickly goes away. My only real complaint would be the way the base of the device is made. It has 4 nubs for feet and a single center monopod/camera mount - but all 5 points are the same height, so it easily rotates on the center mount bump when set on a flat surface. Sometimes using the rotate/tilt function will cause small movements of the camera position. This could easily be solved by including some small rubber feet for the 4 nubs in the packaging or making them just a little longer than the center mount. If you use the camera mount, this won't be a problem at all, however. At first I was suspicious with how light it felt out of the box. I have multiple of their Vigil line of their outdoor cameras and they feel pretty well made & sturdy compared to this. But after seeing how well it worked and the fact that it's an indoor camera, I think the build quality is fine, especially for the price.

This is the second Netvue camera that we own; the first one being about 2 years old. You can use this camera through an app for free on your phone, and link them to one profile. I can tell that there are some improvements in the camera quality as well as the speaker sound. The motion sensitivity is a little on the sensitive side (you can adjust this in settings). The notifications I received about motion detection when on were delayed (this also could be a problem with the app). When the camera switches to night vision mode, there is a soft clicking noise, but the picture is great! All in all, this camera is fantastic for the price point, for watching pets, apartments, etc. I also love that it can move/swivel around!

I can check on my house and my pet while I am not home. I can talk to my dog. I receive any update if motion is de texted and I can choose what kind of motion do I want to be notified.

My Orb Mini works perfectly. I’m pointing it at the stairs and can see someone or a kitty goes upstairs or comes back down. I’m notified with a beep on my phone so there are no surprises. This device is exactly what I needed.

I tried other little indoor cameras that you can control the view remotely. This is the only one that I would recommend. It works like it is supposed to. I can see my entire apartment remotely.

i am writing this review in comparison the the Netvue Home Cam i have as well. to start - the mini orb cam picture quality is much more pixelated than the home cam, i’m not sure how it performs outside as i only use it inside. night vision - the mini orb night vision is actually a little better than the home cam, but it’s still pixelated but you can make more out. i do like that you’re able to remotely pivot the camera unlike with the home cam which you have to physically move which limits your viewing convenience. overall the mini orb is a decent camera, especially for the price. the day time cam is pixelated, but not so much that you can’t make things out. the night vision is good. you’re able to move the camera through your phone.

This is a great camera from a fantastic company! It makes my 5th Netvue camera and I love them all! It is so convenient to have all my cameras in one app/one place. Customer service is quick and efficient. The camera has really good night vision, a very clear image, sensitive motion detection, easy setup, piece of cake!

I've owned this camera for about two weeks and so far it's been great. Pros: - Great night vision picture quality. - Great viewing angles. - Ability to control the camera on the app (voice and tilt) - Good 1080p picture quality. Cons: - Netvue App tends to show that the camera is offline, despite it being online. - Cannot view live feed footage on website. - Motion detection is a major hit or miss. My wife has walked by the camera multiple times without setting it off. Honestly, if you're on a budget and wanted a camera just for the heck of it, I'd recommend this one.

The installation is simple. Just follow the instructions in the app and everything is set very easily. The camera is well-design and solidly-made. Videos are crisp and clear. Night vision is good. It moves all 4 directions and has a wide view. Great camera for kid or pet watching!

This is the second Netvue camera I have bought and both work great. My first was just stationary which is OK but I love the fact that this one can pan around the room so you get a fuller picture of things. The image quality is very crisp day or night and I like the fact you can have it notify you only when it detects human movement.

I purchased this little camera to keep an eye on my dogs when I leave them! I can see what they are doing on my phone and can even tell them to behave!

Using this to monitor my studio. It’s always on and connected online when I need it and the picture is great! The photo I shared is in total darkness.

I use netvue cameras already at my work and really liked them, so I decided to order the orb camera for use in my home and I already want to order a second! The camera picture is super clear, and there is a large range of movement on the camera so I can see different aspects of the room as well. Set-up is quick and easy, and I would highly recommend purchasing one of these!

The cameras themselves work amazing. I did have an issue with one but their customer service rep Sofia (who I was able to live chat with right away) was a great help & after doing some troubleshooting without any progress the company is sending me a new one. Would recommend to anyone.

Normally I don’t write reviews but I felt it was necessary this time. So I bought this camera for my dog last march it worked great for about a year then suddenly it stopped working the past month or so. I tried resetting it several times, restarted my Wi-Fi and the camera itself. Plugged it in different outlets, used a different cord. Basically I tried everything and nothing worked it was clearly defective so I contacted customer support for help and maybe a replacement but all they did was tell me to do things again I had already done more than once that of course didn’t work..they tried to blame it on my Wi-Fi which it has been working fine with for a year so that clearly wasn’t the issue..instead of sending me a new one or literally anything else helpful they just said my issue would be “escalated” and someone would contact me in 48 hours…not sure what else could be done to fix the issue but it seemed they wanted to do anything but send me a replacement. Very disappointed. Will be buying a replacement camera elsewhere.

Netvue cameras are AWESOME! I had two of the larger AI orb series cameras for keeping an eye on my pups and the house while away for a day or a long day at school. I needed one more to capture another angle and this little Orb in PERFECT! The easy set-up and WI-FI connection are great. The transition from day to night vision is seamless and both maintain excellent picture quality and clarity. I love being able to turn on the mic and talk to the dogs from anywhere. The app is user friendly and after 2 years, I have had zero problems. Now I have every angle covered. I chose to use the offsite recording for extra piece of mind. It is easy and inexpensive as well. There was only only one thing, from my perspective, no alarm or notification of services option. It's not really the target, but having the option would mean one stop shop. Even an active alarm the user could turn-on when they received an intruder/human notification would be cool. But that is just a nit-pick preference thing for me. I HIGHLY recommend this for anyone, but especially those with pets. It will give you peace being able to check-in. PROs: Size, ease of set-up, clarity of picture (day and night vision), built-in speaker/mic for 2-way comms, option for recording, easy to use app (zero lag in setting changes), human detection CONs: None (but a suggested option...No alarm or direct connection to monitoring service or authorities

I love these cameras so much I have 3 different ones throughout my house to keep an eye on my dog when I'm not home. They are so easy to set up and the user interface for the app is really simple to use. I love that you can pan around, and if I ever catch my dog doing something he shouldn't be, I'm able to talk to him through the speaker. The night vision is also really great. It's black and white but still crystal clear, which is pretty impressive. Overall, these cameras are great and I wouldn't be surprised if I added a 4th camera to my house sooner than later :)

This is a great, affordable camera! The picture quality is great, it is easy to set up. The motion detection works really well. I use it to check on my pets and kids during the day. Just a quick note, if you want to record video, you need a mini SD card (does not come with). I am very happy with the quality for the price!

This thing works just fine. No issues with it losing Wi fi, and the pan and tilt work all right. There is of course a little lag in the picture received, but that is normal for such things. It is nice and compact, with an attractive form factor. Very light and easy to mount. I have not tried using an SD card in it, but expect that to work fine. Have not yet tried the motion detection because I have no need for it. I did have a little trouble getting it up and working on the app, until I found that it needs to have location turned on in order to install the camera in the app.

Sometimes we hear some noise in the basement and my wife gets worried and makes me go down to check it out. Now with this little camera, I can easily check with my phone in my bed and assure my wife no one broke in. It addition, it is not pricey and provides a good quality of images.

Very good and standard indoor camera for a reasonable price. Super easy to set it up. The image and video quality is good. Night vision needs a little improvement. Overall it’s a good indoor camera. Recommend it for normal daily indoor monitoring.

It’s actually a significantly better upgrade from the last pet cam that I’ve gotten from Netvue. Has the ability to tilt the camera downwards to actually see your pets when the camera is placed on a table. Picture quality is quite good especially for the price and the motion detection could catch things a bit better but there’s a paid subscription service to allow for video recorded detection.

Easy setup, Clear picture, great night vision, motion detection seems to work. They've improved their app to allow video playback via SD card storage - and it's pretty slick. No problems at all.

This camera is very easy to setup. I’m impressed how It records in clear high-definition with a wide 360-degree viewing of any angle of my living room.

I love that this camera allows you to move the video in different directions! A plus: all of the settings Netvue allows you to choose from for you camera - angle, night vision and sound!

The install was challenging because I don't have a 2.4g-only device. I came across a hack to use a 5/2.4 device, far away from the access point to connect to 2.4g. I'm not sure how I would have done the install without that hack. Once installed, it works great. Picture is clear. Pan/tilt is very convenient.

We have a total of 4 netvue cameras and this is the newest one. The image is better on this one then the other 3 (regular Orb). As stated, would definitely recommend this camera for this price range.

Setup did not work using the QR code on the box or camera. Used the manual setup process and the web generated QR code was recognized by the camera when I held my phone with QR code on screen in front of the camera. Once setup the camera works as advertised. Great picture and video and motion detection field and sensitivity is adjustable.

This is my first Orb mini and my third Netvue camera. The initial setup was very easy with the given instructions. The camera quality is as good as I could expect at this price point and we are beyond satisfied with our purchase.

I have two of these now and recommend them to all my family and friends! They have night vision and keep me piece of mind when I’m not at home and want to check on my dog, apartment, etc. Affordable, too!

The Netvue Orb Mini was Simple to set up and get operational, took only about 10 minuets. I did have the Netvue app loaded on my phone but the setup was very straight forward. Actually downloading the updated software version took more time than the initial setup. The picture quality was pretty good for such a small device and I would recommend this for and indoor security camera.

This little jewel was a game changer for our dog breeding company. We were able to keep an eye on the pups and not worry and we could tell if anything was wrong. This work great and would recommend

I'm very obsessed with Netvue Cameras. I love them. I've been using 3 Orb Cam for 2 years and I'm really happy. I'm a parent of three animals and I was worried about them when I went to work. But not now! I always see them clearly thank to my cameras. I needed another camera too. Then I bought Orb Mini and I'm again very very happy. Great resolution and quality sound. I will definetly buy another Orb mini one. I would recommend it to everyone. Thank you!!!

This is nice little Camara, picture quality is great actually might be getting another one. But the owners manual really doesn't say much on how to operate it. Good luck getting an SD card because other than saying you could put one in there really isn't much direction for it.

The camera is very solid for the price. There are some better quality ones out there, but generally they may be more expensive. One very nice feature is that this tilts further down than other cameras I've used. If you want to put this higher up on a shelf and not have to mount it, it is very convenient for that.

I bought this camera and got the mini, I love both. They work great, can talk to my dog and see her when I need too. The night vision worked fine along with picture quality. Super affordable and works great!

This is my second Netvue camera after purchasing one for outdoors. This camera is compact and unobtrusive. I like that it plugs in because I don’t need to remember to replace batteries. It was incredibly easy to set up following the instructions and I love that once set up, you can unplug and move this camera if you need to without redoing the setup process. So, if you lose power, the camera will start working immediately once power is restored. The image is clear and you can turn the camera left, right, up and down. I don’t use the cloud storage, but even without it you can set up motion detection to be notified of motion and see still image captures or you can make a live video recording while you’re in the app looking at the feed. This works great for my purposes.

Makes it easy to keep an eye on the important things. i like the motion control and intercom. easy to set up too.

Its an excellent product to use, Quality is great. it doesnt freeze up and anything like that, Picture quality is clear and crisp. it can be tilt 360 and up down left right which is really useful for me.
